Gua Sha Stone- Hold the stone at a 15–30° angle to the skin. Gently scrape from the center of your face outward and upward. Use smooth strokes on the cheeks, jawline, brow, and neck.
Jade Roller - Use the roller upward and outward on the cheeks, forehead, and jawline. Use the smaller end for delicate areas like under the eyes.
